- COCONUT PRALINE TOAST

- Ingredients

- 2 T. butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T. half and half cream
- 1/4 t. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut

- Melt butter. Remove from heat and add sugar, cream, vanilla
- and coconut. Mix well. Toast bread on one side. Spread coconut
- mixture on untoasted side. Broil until topping is lightly browned,
- about 3 minutes.
